Love or Return Promise
Our Love or Return Promise ensures you can be confident buying from us. Each of our items is made to order just for you with love, care and attention to detail. We’re sure that you’ll love your purchase and include our Love or Return Promise on every item in our shop, including personalised ones, for your peace of mind.
If you are not entirely happy with your order, please follow these steps in order to receive a refund covering the selling price (less any shipping costs) of the item.
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your item via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Include in the email your order number, the reason you are not happy with your purchase and that you would like to return it.
- Wait for our return email with the full postage address to return your item.
- Return your item to us by post.
- Upon receipt of the returned item in it’s original condition including internal packaging, we will issue a refund to you via the payment method you used to complete your original purchase.
Please note the following:
- Shipping costs for sending your original order will not be refunded.
- You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs – these will not be refunded.
- We will only issue a refund once the item has been received by us in it’s original condition with the original internal packaging. For this reason, we strongly recommend sending it back via a tracked and signed service.
- Refunds will be initiated within 14 days of us receiving your returned item to your original payment method.
Our Love or Return Promise applies to non-faulty items only. In the unlikely event that you receive your order and it is faulty or there is an error on our part, please get in touch straight away and we will be happy to rectify this for you.
